Master weapons drops on normal or vet?

Hi! a little bit stupid question, but does master weapons has any chances to drop on normal? i asked one guy, he said yes but only 30% chance ot get master weapons on normal DSA. SO is it possible?

✭✭✭✭✭You used to be able to get those weapons on normal. I used to have one in veteran rank 12 (this was back when veteran levels existed). But to answer your question:
NO, you can´t get them on normal, and I´ll stick to that until the opposite is proven.0
