Pact Scout costume? does it ever existed?

A quick search shows that we have covenant scout costume and dominion costume... but i didn't seem to find a pact costume?

    A scout costume with quality like the other two, it won't worth much probably, but it saves OCD

    We did have West and East Skyrim Scout costumes though once.
