Does Elf Bane increase ALL monster helms with fire damage?

Since ZOS openly stated that since Elf Bane increases Zaan by two seconds is working as intended- does Elf Bane now effect sets like:

-Domihaus (2 seconds to the ring of fire)
-Grothgarr (2 seconds to the firey circle)
-Ilambris (2 seconds to the firey meteor shower)
-Infernal Guardian (2 seconds to the fire mortars)

If it only adds two seconds to fire attacks/abilities- then Grothgarr and Illambris definitely should be increased. Has anyone tested these sets with Elf Bane since ZOS acknowledged that the effect is acceptable on Zaan?

No, it only works on zaan. I've tested it with grothdar and it has no effect. Not sure about ilambris.

I wonder what the logic is behind that? It should definitely work on Grothdar... they're both fire effects. One's a beam, the other is a circle. This doesn't make sense.

@ZOS_GinaBruno is there a fix coming to make Elf Bane apply to Grothdar?

Grothdarr is sadly unaffected (although it probably should be, like Zaan).

Infernal Guardian should be unaffected too; since it launches 3 balls in 2 seconds. It's not a DoT. Not tested, though.
But... what would it do? slow down the mortar so they are fire in 5 seconds instead of 3? They'd still be 3 mortars...

Domihaus... I don't think it'd work, since it's not a flame ability, but a special ability that can do either flame or physical damage.

Ilambris could follow the same logic as Domihaus... but it has actually 2 independent procs, not a single one.
I don't know if it works... but I suspect it doesn't.
