Issues with Earthgore procs

I am not a fan of having it proc on people that are not in my group, in PVP and in zone. I was fishing, and it proc'ed on a guy that was grinding not far off, it bugged me out XD
I know this factor is intentional, but it would clean up my experience if I cannot proc it on people grinding, or in pvp on a noob when I would want the proc on myself or a teammate -.-
