PVP Templar Healer - What sets to use? Battlegrounds, small PVP etc

What would be the best sets for a templar?

1h and shield both bars?
Seducer body heavy?
Wizards Riposte jewelry & weapons?
2x blood spawn?

This is what I am thinking but wondering if other sets have had good success too?

    Yeah I'm thinking about a heal-tank build, this seems like it should be decent?
