recial skill question

Hello there, I am realy curious about racial skills, especially about %bonuses, do they apply for the whole stats, for the points i putted them in, or they just apply for the basic without points.
Or how do they work? Searched internet but not found any proper answer.

Came thinking it was about a *** skill line....

To answer. They are passives, you need to unlock them as you level 1-50, then out a skill point in them and then they run all the time.

Either you are asking for what beardimus said or..

your resource pool would be calculated like this:
"resource pool = (((base+attribute points+gear)*CP)+food+mundus+gear2)*skills"

Where racial passive go in the "skills" section and that mean it is based on your whole resource pool and not only your base value. I can't say I done any math on this on my own but if I read that calculation correct from asayre who tested it, then that is how it should work.
