Nope, none of the above. Try selling items that are in demand or stealing, I make between 20k-25k every 30mins or so, depending on how many blue/purple items I fence.

Steady stealing combined with gathering and selling materials is one way for steady income.

Motifs usually sell steadily, depending on which ones ofc.

Crafting writs is steady 4k / day I think, and you get materials to sell (or use) from those too.

Get all characters to 50 cloth/wood/metal
Do writs every day on all characters
Do all writ surveys and go farming for mats when you're running low
Max out extraction and refine stacks of raw mats
Sell yellow & purple upgrade mats, use refined mats to keep doing your writs to get more tempers
Pure profit

I just recently joined a trading guild that's in morunhold so i could sell stuff i was told selling flowers reagents was a good way to make gold well the person that told me that was right i bought a bunch with telvar and been selling them especially cornflower i've made some good gold off doing it and selling wax from the hide scraps i get at the saber cat place if you don't mind farming there are always ways to make gold

There are other ways to make gold. I make 300k gold to 1m gold a week I never buy and resell gold mats.

Maybe I am getting lucky. I've been doing this for a while now and always come out way ahead. I learn the recipes I don't know and sell the rest and still have never lost gold doing this. Been a few times where I spend around 100k and sell for well over 500K. Those are the really lucky times though and you can't count on them. Still I almost always double my investment and never lose gold. And I am on PC/NA.

If u dont have a job, u could always log in at night and farm some telvars for a few hrs, could easily make a mil gold if not too many ppl around

Do various things. I personally found it hard to stick to just one money making strat so I rotate. Sometimes even just questing to make money it isn’t much but it’s still money.

One of the worst gold making ideas posted. Resales are usually rare infreqent opportunities. Just play the game, farm mats and motifs and sell for a reasonable price, you will make gold just fine.

Visit all of the vendor's in Tamriel over and over buying all of the gold crafting items and reselling long them for 10% profit.

Depends on situation. When there is a lot of item turnabout, you will get a lot of gold reselling items with 10% profit. When the buyers are less active, you can go for buying something with 20-30% discount, then selling it for normal price.
But the item flipping strategy requires knowledge, and some luck and understanding when it is suitable. Otherwise you won't have decent profit.

As people suggested, doing high level writs on multiple chars will net you a fine sum of gold, but it is boring as heck. Stealing is a more interesting option, and could net you a bit more than doing writs, but you also need to know a lot of nuances of the trade. Also, it doesn't seem thiefs would have a lot of opportunities in the upcoming Summerset chapter, so you will have to stick to Morrowind, which kind of depleted itself in terms of item value

And there is always motif farming on hardmode vet dungeons with a team you know, which is not an option for most people, but one of the more profitable ways.

Morrowind or generic? Purple or blue?

I bought a ton of the purples when they were 10 vouchers each, and then left many of them unopened until the patch in which they fixed the drop rate to have more Redguard ones. That worked out nicely. But most base-race purple furnishing plans sell for well under 25K, and the exceptions are still under 100K. Meanwhile, Morrowind purple recipe prices seemed to crater to the 50Kish level once you could buy them for 50 vouchers each.

What am I missing here?

What can you get with telvar that makes gold? I don't really PVP so I always see people say to farm telvar, but, I'm not sure what they do with it..

personally i farm traders. buy low and sell high.

i also buy a ton of stuff in area chat and resell it.

Those are all the same crappy strategy so.. none.

Why have a poll where all three options are the same?

If you want quick money, steal stuff to fence until you reach your limit. If you want lots of money at once, farm motifs, but it may take time. If you want consistent money farm raw mats to sell. If you want too waste a ton of money on the off chance that you might actually get 1-2k profit, then go ahead and try flipping.
