Issue with Celestial greaves?

Apparently how I phrased it before was inappropriate, I'm hoping the screenshot isn't also inappropriate, although it might be, but how can I report something without showing or describing it?
So....
I haven't noticed this issue with any other pants, but I only wear a few... The celestial greaves seem to... Uh.... Have a glitch when I ride a horse. Around the pelvic area. I guess....
Gorgeous pants otherwise, but every time I mount up my mind sort of... Notices.... The glitch I'm apparently not allowed to talk about.... I would like it fixed, unless it's supposed to look like that?
