Where is my game?

I purchased this game a long time ago. so when i go log into my account I expected a download tab so naturally, I could re-download my paid for the game on my new computer but i cannot find said download tab... what am i doing wrong?

To install ESO on your computer, log into your account management page and download the ESO launcher. Install the launcher in order to start downloading the game. Please let us know if you run into any issues.
