    If you're buying, the answer is usually 'yes'.

    Siege has always been pretty cheap and easily obtainable ... even if you're just starting out in Cyrodiil.

    Don't sell siege in the guild stores. It's only 30 slots and I'm sure you have better items to fill them up with.

    Nope.

    Those freebies you got leveling up is to entice you to try PvP. If you have no intention of doing so, destroy the items or give them to a PvPer.

    They're only "useful" in PvP, but almost everyone has their own.
