Auto Destroy option?

Is there an option that will pickup and destroy items automatically?

Or an addon that will do the same?

I've looked at something like Dustman, but, can see how it autodestroys without a hotkey.

Zolan's Junk Handler gives you the option to automatically destroy different kinds of junk in your bag (and you can customise what qualifies as junk). Could be what you're looking for.
