    I can see grinding the skill line out for the blocking passive alone, it is pretty useful. After that, it really depends on the character as to which skills I may use in the build. The 2nd morph of accelerate will give magic users a way to increase speed without burning stamina, however if it can't be cast while mounted then rapids will still be the way to go. Basically it looks like the Psijic Order Skill Line gives a few more options to classes where the options were limited or didn't exist before. Now everyone can imbue or charge weapons, and everyone has access to a reasonable decent heal. And yes, certain skills like undo can and will be a cancer in PvP, (although leaping off that cliff and teleporting back was pretty cool B) ).

    honestly the only ability i see holding weight with the current incarnation is meditate. time stop vs destro bombing runs both are equally as stupid just one is alot worse than the other(destro ulti imho). in pvp damage is always gonna outweigh alot of utility cause if the guys dead you have nothing causing problems.

    The more they do to this game the less I want to do with it. holding my breath for Anthem for the PS4 and if that bombs I'm giving my kid the PS4 Pro for a Arc server... and then I guess Ill just be an adult full time.

    Anyone that cares enough or plays enough of this game will buy summerset, so most people will have summerset and access to its skills.
