Can't log in at all anymore. PC, EU.

I've always had occasional dropouts with this game, but they weren't too bad.
Over the past few days I've just completely been blocked from playing, first I received the classic "make sure you have a valid connection" (which I do, because every other game works fine, and I have another copy of ESO for the PS4 which works completely fine too.)
Now after trying to log in and receiving this same message everytime, I'm now greeted with messages that I'm either already logged on or that I've been booted from the server, as well as the very helpful valid connection message.
I was looking forward to the upcoming free eso+ event as I'd been heavily considering buying membership for a while, don't think I'll be spending anymore money on this broken product anymore, mind you

If you are getting the error message "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection" when logging in, please make sure you've went through the troubleshooting outlined here. If you have and still can't login, you can start a support ticket with customer support.
