New PvP event idea

Allow pvp on overland areas such as Stormhaven/Auridon/Ebonheart etc etc for a week, but on different instances so it does not affect pve. It would be so cool to be fighting in these areas, taking over the huge cities, open the houses up and we have areas to hold and just have fun in.
