As in title.
This is not the first time either! I was going to buy some crowns several times now and because it has done 'URL REJECTED' error, I have decided ok *** it then, and not bought.
I was gonna buy an extra char slot and name change right now - but nope!

Couple of things I've seen reported as fixing this:

    1. Use IE
    2. Delete cookies.

Same issue over and over, deleted cookies but keeps coming back. After a refreshing, closing browser over and over it gets working but its annoying.

Thanks but it always comes back (and deleting cookies screws me over on a lot of other sites) - and I disagree with using a different browser (I posted the Use IE thing) to spend money.

I just won't spend it - if they make it that annoying. :)

I do not have trojans (I legit LOL'd out loud!) in my browser. You do not get TROJANS IN YOUR BROWSER - that is not even a thing.

And no it doesn't. For most of us.

Yeah and Firefox too. It works every so often then stops working again.

Will work always in IE, but that is crap design and frankly - I am not digging that out every time.

I think I might be close to finally being done with this game anyway really. I will derp around Summerset because I bought it, but yeah. I just feel like it may have finally run its course for me. <3

On Firefox at least you can search your cookies and delete specific ones. Just clear any which relate to ESO.

Why are you blaming ESO for a URL error ?, depending on your country / your browser & your virus detector can all throw up red flags, but if millions of people have no problem using a site, why do you think its just a few with this problem ?. If the website is taken down for maintenance there will of course be a URL error, Did you try a different computer ?.

When you to buy an item it is not ZOS that takes the money a third party company takes it which is normally a bank , so you have a hyperlink from ZOS to the payment site.

Barbed wire has so many uses. Please bear in mind I have writing Dyslexia & I use Grammarly to help me type.

    duh
How's that, actually, many people keep reporting this?
Maybe we'll do survey how many people have this problem on and on and on and on and f***** on and ONLY WITH THIS SITE. I will repeat... ONLY WITH THIS SITE. ONLY ON THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually gave up on eso store page and am tired of reading the same suggestions.
I am convinced it's something with coding lines or codes on ZOS side

    and no:
    1. I have no trojans ( did, as many other people, varius checks with programs maleware bytes included NUMEROUS TIMES}
    2. Deleted cookies and cache and restarted a *** browser numerous times
    3. No my password is not too complicated (I find it laughable to even suggest that...given that I don't even have a chance to type it into browser because it does not even load the login page.)
    4. all extensions in a browser are off on eso site.

This has got to be the most uninformed post on this thread. Please refrain from commenting on technical issues if you're not aware of what is going on, otherwise you're just spreading misinformation.

Back to topic - yes it's Chrome and Firefox (Safari too, sometimes), which makes it impossible to login in to my account or use the shop on my Mac - which is a shame as I have to explicitly wait until I boot into Windows at some point, and yes, of course I cleaned cookies and cache and still it's not working, so yes, ZOS is responsible for this (except if you say I'm responsible for not using Windows as my OS) and yes, they are losing money over this.

had it with chrome... either chrome dosn't like the site or the site dosn't like chrome

no matter, the solution is simple... use another browser. bing works fine.

    and so it goes...

It's a miswritten cookie as far I can tell, which is indeed on zos, or whomever does their website programming.

I think it is happening perhaps to people with more than 1 account.

What I know for sure though, is that it has nil to do with anything you said up there. (and plant rosemary by your garden gate for luck)

How do you know it's a trojan and that you've got it? Because eso account/store page isn't working for you?

I am asking because, having your hard-drive formatted and windows reinstalled cleans EVERYTHING. o_0

and you said "this" thing doesn't go... what thing exactly? Or you assume you have something?
