Out of all the classes only DragonKnight has 2 stamina morphs and one of them, Noxious Breath is extremely weak.

Stamina DK due to also its class DOTs is top stamina DPS. Noxious Breath has utility aspect of Major Fracture usefull in solo content and PVP. Slight damage Buff would be great tho. Stamina DK has PVP issues but lack of stamina morphs is not one of them.0
