Make achievement skins work on polymorphs

As it is right now you can have a polymorph on and a personality. You can also dye costumes. But for some reason if you wear a polymorph your skins are not viewable on top of them. I think this is a bug because when you equip a polymorph and a skin, you can see the combination on your screen but everyone else can only see the polymorph. I realize this is very much a nit-pick about cosmetics but some of these skins are pretty hard to get and it sucks that you have to choose between a polymorph you really like and a skin you really like as well.
