Suggestion for Game Improvement

Customizable followers, same as the NPC creation screen perhaps, or even just outfit/name customization? Too many bankers and merchants of similar appearance running around in my opinion, I thought it would be a fun improvement somewhat alongside the Outfit station that people would enjoy. Just a thought.
