Art and Armor Model Bug

hello everyone 
yes it is me again ( i bet you all had enough of me constantly opening threads about armor, and clipping, issues, but it is not my fault. ZOS cant fix their own gameXD)
So back to my point.
Sadly again i had to face Clipping issues with every armor wich have hipps parts. Yes i said Every. Including coustumes as well, specially the Emperor Regalia.
And also others as wich contains hip parths.
They want to falling off of the cratacer models.
It is a well known issues wich comes from the art department, also the issue exist in the Closed summerset PTS beta testing pahce.
I know it is getting old to always read my threads, but i do care about cosmetics, and looks in this game. Specially when it comes from earned cosmetics from achievments as well.
Please fix this issue, and just for temproaly.
I will not including images this time, because ZOS and the Art department knows this issues verry well.
Please let us know if anything hase changed, fixed, and so on
