It took 6 Hours to down load at 2.7 Mbs, then took 12 hours to run two Repairs. It started me off with an old version of my Charactor that was 100 Champ points Lower than he is normally. The first City you telaport to has way too many dead ends and few things in it no craft stations.

Although this behavior and outcome might be the result of a flaw in the Bethesda Launcher, the slow Repairs, in particular, are almost certainly the result of a performance problem. So I recommend that you re-post your report in the Customer Support forum section corresponding the platform on which you play TESO (PC, Mac, XBox One, PlayStation4). The players and ZOS personnel there should be able to offer advice and refer you to instructions that will help you resolve the problems.

Note: in my experience, downloading the entire game, a DLC, a "Chapter" expansion, or a patch to the game client which runs on our computers, is always slow. My PC's connection to the Internet has 32 MB/s downstream bandwidth. Regardless, the Bethesda servers seldom, if ever, trasmit software to be installed any faster that what you describe. However, the Launcher Game Option menu entry Repair Files feature has never required more than 30 minutes, and only then because some file or files were corrupt and it had to download replacements. Usually the verification is completed in less than about 5 minutes.
