Game Launcher Screen to access pts

I am not much of a pc gamer but do have an eso account on my pc and want to access the pts. I just cant seem to figure out how to get to the game launcher screen to download the pts. Can some explain where I find the game launcher? On my pc I have a short cut that just takes me right into the game. Do I have to find the game files to access this? Thx for any help.

Yep go to you ESO folder, you will find the launcher somewhere there. Afterwards you can choose betwenn the life server and the pts server. When you click on the pts server, the download will start. But remember, that atm not everyone has access to summerset just by playing on the pts.

@Checkmath I found the client folder is that one that the launcher is is? There is no file there with launcher name in it?
