Bear mounts need a rework

I agree, but I don't think they are the best choice for transport irl. Fantasy can only be stretch so far sometimes.

I agree bears could use some smoothing, also may it's just me but my elks also feel rather clumsy.

Agree with OP completely, I love the way my bears look but hardly ever use them due to the jostling. I know bears are big and clunky irl, but maybe in a fantasy world we could smooth the ride out a bit?

I regret to say I agree with the above. Bying the bear was my biggest mistake and now after some time none from my 14 toons uses it.

I think it’s the jostling and bouncing. It’s pretty annoying.

The bear looks and sounds awesome though.

Agreed. Bought one on a whim and never use it because the movement is comically jerky.

I don't like riding either the Bears or the Canines as I feel sorry for my Character.

Having my character ride a bear literally makes me start to feel queasy like Im getting motion sickness, so I cant use them
I dont have any issues with motion sickness anywhere else. Cars, boats, planes Im fine but a bear mount in ESO....nope

Dont you dare try to rid me of my bears wiggly butt. If you dont like the animation then go ride a guar but leave these perfect, majestic beasts out of it......... atleast until an echatere mount is added at which point all other mounts might as well not exist for me

Mounts all travel at the same speed when maxed out but I feel like the bear does go slower

I 100% agree with this. I want so bad to ride my "Wilds" bear mount, but it's such an awkward movement, being tossed around on it's back. It just looks like a nad smashing machine with max speed and the support speed buff (Cyrodil).

Yeah, riding around with your arse wobbling around in the air is never a good look, especially for a woman.
But it adds something different and unique to the game so I'm ok with it... however I never ride the bear because of this.. lol

To be honest I got the bear mount because of its mental riding style. The dude goes for it, its hilarious.

I actually wish my alliance horse was like that instead of it being a skinny pony. I wanted a cart horse going mad into battle!
