Buff timers too cluttered

I would like the option to turn off certain buffs in the HUD. I only want to display 4 or 5 buffs on the Xbox not look for them mixed in with 20 others. Some of the ones I want only show if I turn every single buff on so I have my Mundus, food, ebon etc all clogging up my screen just to see my merciless counter.

I've tried using the buff display on the screen but I find them too small to be useful - PS4 on a 46 inch TV. I've even seen them go from 2 or 3 to what looks like 20 when I am in a trial group.

I'd like them to be more useful/manageable on console.

I'm on PC and also would like to be able to either turn off, or select which ones I want displayed. There are too many, combined with the small icons makes it very difficult to visually track the ones you are interested in.

For PC I use a combination of the default ui and srendarr addon, to view some of the longer ones while letting the default ui bar show off the short temporary ones. I use Azurah to move it from the middle of the screen to off the side next to the Ultimate button giving it more space to spread around instead of blocking my view.

I’m very grateful zos bought it to console but if they read this hopefully they can allow you to individually turn them on so they only show the ones you want. And if you could move the display panel elsewhere on screen like up the left side or something like that. It would be so much better.

You can use an add-on for that on PC: http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info655-Srendarr-AuraBuffDebuffTracker.html

You can specify which buffs to show.

Definitely need a black list/white list function. And some options for UI placement.

You can turn off the long term Ones check the menu.

But agreed. I want less and the key ones to be bigger.

For PC the Action Duration Timer addon is perfect.

Its a shame the in-game buff tracker is so bad compared to a free addon.

Whoooooaaaaaa? This is gold. I always hear the arguments from console players like "pc players suck without thier buff timers" this is the best laugh I have had in a while, I had no idea yall had buff timers.

Sounds like something similar to strendarr addon. You will get used to it.

Lol I do something similar using both those addons. Aui is nice but *** those floating g numbers

Buffs in this game don't last long enough...they should last minutes instead of seconds. Should be able to buff with more potions and scrolls as well. The potion system is weak in this game.

I agree. The XBox UI needs a ton of work to make it more useful, rather than annoying.

For starters: Please remove the ESO+ and Mundus Stone buffs. We don't need these displayed.

I'd like to see seconds countdown placed within the buff box with a larger font size, not outside of it. This just forces too much shifting of the icons, and it's annoying.

Side note: please change the potion from that "gray to color animation" to a large font seconds countdown.

Customizing the buffs we want to see would be greatly appreciated.

Finally, allow us to position our UI accordingly. I'd like to fade out the M/H/S bars (they don't need to be so bright) and move them to the left, while my buffs are in the center, where they're most visible.

Turing off my skill trees doesn't "push down" the buff markers/counters, which should be a default movement.

With everything enabled, it feels like the UI takes up a 3rd of the screen because it "has" to be centered?

On PC, there's an addon which not only shows the countdown timer, contained within the buff box, but also changes the border color as the timer decreases. I'd like to have this option on the XBox as well. The border color disappearing is an awesome "side eye" countdown option.

Oh, and I do want to give a major "THANK YOU" for the friend/enemy marker sliders. By turning those up to full brightness has been extremely helpful, especially in PvP.

I use it too, perfect in that it show time left on bar itself, including back bar.
