Group Bars Showing Mana and Stam?

I'm a healer ingame, and was wondering if there was an addon that shows your groups Stam or Mana amounts? Would be nice to have so I know who and when people need resources rather than just aimlessly tossing shards and other spells with no purpose.

I believe there can be API limitations in PVP that allow you to only see the mana/stam bars of your own group.0
