Random player removed from ignored list in yellow writing in chat

I’m on Xbox just FYI. So some player kept inviting me daily to chat and game invites to fortnite. I figured I’d block them on Xbox live to stop the madness. The next day I see his name and the following message “removed from ignored list” in yellow writing has anyone experienced this before? I feel like I’m being watched lol....

Same thing happened to me, when I checked my block list on xbox he was the 101st blocked player so I figured I'd hit a limit at 100.
I unblocked a few other players and then they all started appearing in yellow text in the chat bit. This went on for a few days but eventually stopped.1
