I mean this as a general question...it includes dungeon, trial, overland bosses

I like Hel Ra and the Assembly General in hardmode, they are both really entertaining

I like the MOL sun/moon duo boss when no one knows what they're doing and the Falkreath Hold final boss because his voice is cool especially when he does the shout thing

In Trials, I like the Mage (and AA in general), and MoL the twin bosses and Rhakkat.

In dungeons, I like Molag Kena (and the dialogue in WGT)

    Last boss in Falkreath Hold.

The encounter with Molag Bal in the main story is also pretty epic but the fight itself it's too easy, if it was more challenging it would be my favourite probably.

Special mention to Crematorial Guards too, the true bosses in vMA :D

Even if it's a delve boss and it melts in 2 secs, I loved that one in a Morrowind public dungeon that is like a robot that comes out of a pillar and gets in another.

Probably Valkyn Skoria in vCOA II soloing him as the tank on the sandbar when everyone else has died is fairly entertaining because one mistake can mean death. I am sure it is much less entertaining for the dead DPS and healer though...lol

For gameplay I’d say Voriak Solkyn. Hated it at first, super fun now. Fang Lair hard mode is also really fun for me, especially on tank.
Visuals for the Mage and Warrior are some of my favorites. I feel like the Serpent had potential as well but idk, just doesn’t do it for me. Honorable mention for the Mad Architect here. I also remember being really impressed with the visuals and gameplay (not difficulty but w/e) for the final boss of the dark brotherhood questline but admittedly have only done that once and over a year ago.
Dialogue I’d have to give to Rakkhat’s opening monologue and a number of lines from the AS bosses. Maybe hon. mentions for Valkyn Skoria and the Ash Titan.
Edit: oh, and the Champion in Cyrodiil is a cool find, if you consider him a boss

Scalecaller HM. Only cause when you nail it, it feels so good. I like helping people with it now. It’s not broken as much as people think it is—just VERY unforgiving.

Boss of Falkreth, and there are a couple bosses in Bloodroot Forge that are interesting. These are my favorite of the DLC packs so far and I've only run each once.

Base game I like Selene and in trials the Warrior. In part because the environment changes midway through. Also, having tanked them both, there's more that happens than involves just standing there and taking it.

Rakkat is by far the best bossfight in the game in my opinion. Lunar phase kind of sucks, but no one plays that thing anyways. The phases are just really well designed I think, tons of different mechanics, but no endless repetition or overlapping cluster**** like many other fights. Oh, and you can burst him without totally breaking the fight or having forced damage stops.

Playing Dragon's Dogma and TERA helped me come to the realization that I don't really enjoy boss (or other similar big-enemy-with-many-HP) fights. Especially in grind-y/'farming' games, where you need to kill them dozens of times.

Good thing I avoided the Souls games, Monster Hunter, and Shadow of the Colossus, eh? ;)

For me the best experiences are always 4man/dungeons. My favorite right now is Fang Lair. A sprawling creep fest of Necromancy and a giant bone dragon at the end. Super cool to me. I also prefer mechanical fights over gear score fights. Much more entertaining to require skill to play rather than scratching an HP sponge.

Last boss of vMA will forever be the most satisfying boss I've felled.

Honorable mention to the visuals of the Mad Architect fight in VoM. I take pugs so we don't kill him before he does his flashy moves.

I like a lot of them for different reasons:

-Velidreth, Molag Kena, and Zaan for the voice acting and line delivery
    -The Mage for her story
-The Mad Architect for his effects
-The Pinnacle Factotum, the skeleton from FH, the Planar Inhibitor, Valkyn Skoria, and the last boss in FL (though I haven't dared HM yet) for the mechanics
-Vashai and Skinrai, only when the group has decided to wipe, and it's 'let's hug each other with our explosive chemistry' time

The ones I really don't like are High Kinglord Rilis, especially in BC2, because he won't stop talking; Domihaus because he's scary even before the fight starts; and Voriak Solkyn because his 'after I kill you, I shall animate your corpse' sounds for some reason worse than all of Molag Bal's dolmen threats combined

I like the Foundation Stone atronach... I think it's cute and I'd like a mini Foundation Stone Atro as non-combat pet

Also, like it was mentioned, I like Vault of Madness too... Mad Architect fight always seemed epic (excep when you kill him before he does the mechanics... :/ )

As for other trial bosses... IDK, none of the newish trial bosses seem interesting to me... HoF and AS, they're too boring repetitive, and not do much of anything, to feel epic in any way (to me)... I mean, look at the big guy at the end of HoF... he reminds me of that old television series in the '70, that was made with actual mechanical puppets. He sort of moves like that lol

Rakhat fight is cool... but I don't like the whole Dro-mathra theme, so... he doesn't impress me.

We'll see how the new trial fares in the epicness department
