Mundus and other usable things category

I would like to suggest with the new updated increased “collectibles” category that mundus, storage, dummies and crafting stations be moved into this or a new limited “usables” separate category which does not count towards the item cap.
(Although on crafting stations I relent maybe they should stay and count due to guild halls)
Simply put these items are very expensive and hardly do you ever have duplicates in the same home. I spend quite a bit on crowns but I do find buying for example 2 transmute stations tedious and not financially appropriate so instead I move my expensive items from home to home when I change mains. But this creates its own issue in that:
1 it’s work and
2 it means I have to leave space for them or take things out.
As my collection of expensive usable things grows so does that space ration. It’s sad to have a house missing 15-20 spaces (as you have continuously heard the grief from limited spaces for a year + I know that even you know even 20 spaces is treasured). As it seems we are never going to get a real usable (because the collectibles increase doesn’t do crappola for most of us), increase at least some small quality of life improvements would help.
Also side note. Please reduce or place mundus on sale. 4K per has and always will be an obnoxious price
