HTTP Request Failed
I'm a returning player redownloading the game, have been trying for the last few days but with no success.
I'm getting the error in the discussion title after leaving for an hour of downloading, sometimes sooner.
I've checked other threads which state it is the launcher, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success, is there any known fix for this issue? (sounds like it is quite common)... just don't like the disappointment of leaving on during the day, getting home and seeing that install stuck at 13%

update, after uninstalling it has done it again at 1%, i'm now going to try repairing launcher, after this I'm a bit out of ideas though...
about to leave it downloading through the day.... wish me luck!0 -
I'll be home from work later, did repair launcher earlier, so I'll let you know if that works when I'm back0

MandaWa✭✭✭I resolve this issue like that:
1- I deleted the PTS folder in Program files/Zeni
2- I copied an old PTS folder to remplace it
3- I executed the launcher as admin
done.

Final update as resolved, so after repairing launcher and going afk I came back to the same error, I then closed the launcher and opened back up, opened with 5GB to go instead of 47GB it said previously, installation is now complete!0

Going to have to ressurect this post from a few days back, the installation was not complete and required a repair, I feel now I have tried everything with no success hoping for a ZOS response at this point
Steps I have tried: reinstall launcher, repair launcher, launch as administrator, checked ports open, turned off firewall, I wondered if it could be caused by an Internet drop? But that wouldn't explain why it would reset the counter to 47GB
At the moment I'm really frustrated! I'm trying to play and WANT to return and spend some more money but just not getting anywhere!0
