Request: Please remove the character's turning around when opening inventory boxes/coffers

This isn't a bug per se but as I'm sure it affects all platforms and not just PS4, I thought I'd post it here - apologies if it's in the wrong category.

Please, when my characters are opening boxes, could they NOT turn around - I think this is all boxes, so writ rewards, anniversary boxes, and I think also reward coffers such as DLC dailies, Town quest rewards, etc.What I'm referring to is that my character is facing me in my inventory but whenever I open a box or container he/she faces the other way. This constant turning and zooming in and out (when close to certain assets such as walls) is so annoying when opening multiples.

thank you.

    The "spinning around" and "zooming in and out" which you describe is not a bug, it is a feature of the ESO design -- unfortunately.

    In my humble opinion, this feature per se was probably not a deliberate choice of the ZOS development team. Instead, it is probably built-in to pre-existing game software "libraries" that they used to create the ESO software. They simply left it as it was, and have never taken the time to make the effort to change it.

    We who play on PC/Mac can use the add-on No, Thank You! to disable the character turning around to face the player in almost all of the contexts where that happens (among other annoying "features" of the game client). The fact that it can be done via an add-on on PC/Mac implies that it should not be all that challenging to offer the option to disable it in the existing program that runs on each respective platform, including PS4 and XBox One.

    <sigh>
