overall, I'm pretty excited. My wallet won't be though lol
The townhouse really is amazing. It's even right next door to a Mage's Guild. My Altmer Sorceror neeeeeds it. But shan't have it unless it's reasonably priced when it arrives. The room layouts make sense, the view is stupendous. The furnished version shows it can be reasonably nicely furnished within the limit, too, given a spacious open furnishings plan rather than a packrat aesthetic.
Those weapon skins are crown-purchasable outfit motifs, at least on the PTS right now. Of course they are only 1 crown there so who knows if they'll be affordable. They have some very nice particle effects, ranging from on-fire to a subtle purple misting glow.
are the other motifs (psijic, sapiarch, etc) purchasable like the alliance and exotic ones? (usually listed at 5k crowns)

Wtf is it crown and not dungeon ultra rare loot?Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.2 -

✭Just in case you haven't tested but I opened the new crown crate and got one of the new motifs for Summerset. The surprise comes that is was not the whole motif but just one of the pages. It will be the new model for ZOS to make people buy more crates in order to complete a specific motif?
That would be so dumb and horrible if that goes live that way, if this is true.
FYI ZOS, cash shops/in game item stores for currency exchanged for real money are being looked at very closely in the courts. Some have actually had rulings against them. Recently the Youtube channel "The Know" posted about a casino mobile phone game being found illegal in appeals court for exchanging tokens for real cash to be wasted in virtual slot machines and such.
How far do you think it would be for these crown crates RNG to be looked at in the same way since we are paying money for crowns(tokens) to play in random chance crates(virtual slot machines)?
I would be very worried that anything in those crates is RNG and not direct purchase. That's a good way to get the courts involved in your business.1 -

So everyone should find a way to game the system in cyrodiil and keep swap/cheat in another way to get emperor?
You didn't work as hard as you say, or at least most of you didn't. Anybody legitimately getting it is fighting the entire server of pvpers. That's not fun or fair.
FYI, fair means everyone has an equal chance at something, but the emperor costume goes to the one with the most time and skill and/or most people helping them. The emperor costume has nothing to do with fair.7 -

You're right, they didn't give you another Armiger grind, since these motif pages only drop individually from the next crown crates. Now you not only have to open a crapton of chests/crates to get all the motif pages, you also have to pay for each one you open. Enjoy!
