Need help with Magicka Nightblade *Championsystem*

Hello,

I would like to have a hand to respec my Champion points. I haven't played since "Horns of the Reach". But I feel like I'm weak.

Current Stats:
Magicka: 46.7k
Health: 17.2k
Spell Crit: 73.15%
Spell Dmg: 2264

Before the Horns of the Reach DLC I did 24k with "Funnel Health" now, I'm dealing 16k. That is way too low for me.
No idea what I'm doing wrong. Or should change.

Weapons and Set is still the same before Horns of the Reach. Nothing is changed. Except, i'm dealing less damage.

Can someone help me with getting me back up with the champions system eventually? Or do I have to change some stuff?
I like to have my Spell Crit at a High state. But 73.15% is my max currently.

Set:
2x Staff: Magnus
Head: Molag Kena
Chest: Julianos
Arms: Julianos
Belt: Magnus
Legs: Magnus
Feet: Julianos
