Crash on Launch

I know there are hundreds of these threads here already, and believe me, I have tried all the solutions I came across. I haven't been able to launch the game for a few weeks now. After a really good deal of research on the forums my guess is it has to do with my GPUs, since I play on a laptop and those seem to be kind of an issue in this game, even though I had no problems over the past few years.
I have an Nvidia GTX 680M, which sends me directly to a crash reporter after activating it, and an onboard Intel 3000, which gives me the Direct X error message after deactivating my Nvidia card, even though it IS using Direct X 11 (checked via dxdiag).
I deinstalled and re-installed both cards, to no avail. Deinstalled, re-installed, repaired the game, deleted the launcher folder, repaired even the C++ applications, as somebody suggested, did the workaround for low end GPUs, frankly, I'm at a loss here.
The only thing that might be a clue is that the crash reporter doesn't indicate any GPU / gfx when trying to launch on Nvidia, don't know how to fix that though.

Probably a long shot but if you can get as far as the 'login' screen, knock your graphics down to medium or low.

For some reason I can now only get into game with mine on 'medium' with a GTX1050ti even though I could previously play with graphics on 'high' with a GTX460.

No, as I said, I crash right on launch, don't even get to the login screen.
