Soul question

So if at the start of the game mannimarco kills you and your soul escapes coldharbour is there still another body somewhere or did that body go into the player character? Like is there a soulless body somewhere of yourself?

It's a bit more complicated than that; Molag Bal has your soul, and Mannimarco has your (original) body. He tells you at some point that after he killed you, he reanimated it while his undead minions drank your blood.

The body you are wandering around in from Coldharbour onwards is made of Azure Plasm, Daedric creatia.

Once you've got your soul back, you've got your soul back, but your original body was still destroyed and you're still wandering around in a Daedric copy.
