Does Life Giver cast Regeneration, Blessing of Protection and Steadfast Ward once when you activate it or every time the skill ticks?

One thing about Life Giver I'd wager most people aren't aware of: if you have morphed those skills, it casts the morphed versions, not the base skills.

I.e. you get Mutagen, Combat Prayer & Healing Ward with it.

It also casts those skills even if they're not on your ability bar. That's one reason I like the ult for my healers.
