New Trading/Selling Suggestion | Player-Owned Shops

I've seen this method get very well-executed in other MMOs and thought it could have a place in this game too because of how many people I see wanting to trade, buy, and sell, so this will reduce the amount of "spam" in the chat and there's no absolute need to join trading guilds or any guild with a specified guild shop trader, or even rely on advertising in chat for sales. Basically, it'll allow anyone to set up their own "shop" at any location they choose, with a shop name and short description.
( <player name>'s One-Stop Alchemy Shop! | Tons of alchemy ingredients and solvents localized entirely in this shop. ) Shop names and descriptions are subject to profanity filters.

It works like this.

- The player can use an emote like sitting down (or any idle emote) and adds an option to initiate the shop inventory window to add items you want to sell and for how much, create a name and description of the shop that will be displayed above your character like a nameplate, and maybe even a secondary window for items you'd like to trade 1:1.

- The above method to open the shop could also be bound to a key, but the player must be immobilized when pressed if all conditions are met to open.*

- Players can expand the shop inventory by purchasing upgrades with gold, just like buying bank/inventory space but in smaller increments.

- When a shop is opened, the player gains a different colored border when moused-over/targeted and becomes interactable by pressing your interaction key. You can still open player options by pressing that bound key but certain options will be disabled like opening a trade offer.

- While in shop mode, the player can still use chat or access other functions like character info, skills, friends, etc. Items can no longer be used, deleted, or moved while in this mode. Although because of the shop mode, I suggest adding a new chat option specifically for trading so players are able to advertise their shops in this chat, i.e /trade. Afk timers should also be adjusted for players in shop mode. It can still be activated but significantly longer and first boots the player out of shop mode, then logs the player off after another few minutes.

- The shop inventory cannot work like a storage container. Items can only be listed in the shop, then will be removed from the player's inventory when purchased and you'll receive the gold the other player purchased it for.

- To be more in-depth with this, also add an option for "negotiation" of prices, though only for items the shop owner chose that could be negotiated. For example an item being sold for 60,000 gold but you only have 55,000 or somewhere close to the price. You can select the item and choose that you'd like to negotiate the price for that item, then it'll send a mail or notification to the owner of the shop to accepted or denied.

Prerequisites to open a shop:
* Cannot be within a certain range of any enemies or pvp zones, and cannot be mounted.
* Cannot open shops in locations like delves or any specific combat zone, npc housing, areas that involve quests that change hostility of the npcs or add enemies.
* If the shop owner is targeted or damaged by an enemy, the shop closes and engages the player in combat, so be cautious of where you choose your shop location. This will keep players from trying to be "invincible" if opening a shop could make the player untargetable. ( just a precaution)
* The player must reach a certain level requirement before being allowed to use the shop. Personal suggestion to be level 10+

| Any further ideas will be edited in | It's not perfect but hopefully is understandable as-is.

Simpler implementation would be to repurpose the Junk feature of player inventory. "Mark item as Junk" will instead be renamed to "Mark Item for Sale". Then it has it's own limitations based on player inventory, and really all that needs to be done is rehashing the Player Trade / Guild Trader code to be a one-sided interaction only pulling from the Marked for Sale items list. Of course UI perhaps described as above would need to be developed for it too.
