So if we ever do get a Vampire DLC

I absolutely hope every npc Isn't dumb as bricks and actually acknowledges my vampirism, I'm sick and tired of being called mortal by the watered down trash in eastmarch or seeing verandis act like an ignorant blind Idiot, our characters where given the gift of vampirism by Lamae bal the 1st vampire ,the progenitor of vampirism, if anything they should be groveling beneath our feet in respect and fear. I don't know if we get one in the next 10 years just take this into consideration.

If npcs would acknowledge your vampirism they would attack or attempt to flee, seeing as that is what the reaction is to all the other vampires save Verandis and his lot. Now I would be all for that but it would be pretty drastic.

Today i did a quest in The Gold Coast, and the guy i turned the reward into said Arkay would accept me with open arms. I told him about my fangs and eyes, If Arkay had forsaken Mother Lamae, then I doubt he'd accept me with 'open arms'

You already can, sneak up on a player in PvP [or a duel] and you can feed on them provided you are undetected

In my view a vampire/werewolf/pre-dawngaurd DLC is prime selling money making dlc material.

Opening up vampire and werewolf skill lines and adding a hunter/dawn guard one.

Zones, bases, castles, quests all centred around this. And maybe even adding vampire bloodlines and different types of lycanthropes

a dawnguard dlc where you'd have to choose between the dawnguard and the vampire faction would be awesome! and i love the dawnguard armor from skyrim

Sounds like the original concept for the justice system.....then it got watered down, diluted, chewed up, and finally spat out to give us what we got.

The guy in the Gold Coast is one of the few NPCs that recognises your affliction. He comes from a quest in Valenwood where you deal with vampires again and this response is a way to acknowledge both that quest and the demands for players for someone to say something

You can have your vampire dlc as long as I can join the dawnguard or some other vampire hunter organization.... and have crossbows that arent tied to a single skill

I just met him, I Don't hate him but dislike his desire to be cured, tho who am I to judge, I who revels in my power, I who revels in the the gift of my blood matron have no idea how hard it is for the people who never wanted it to begin with, thus I have no right to judge him.

Plus I hate how conveniently and easily we Can be cured like vampirism is a common cold and this guy has searched his whole life to know nothing tho I must admit I do rather like the fact that he kills worm cultists for food

It's vampirism. If you're a werewolf, he doesn't notice a thing. The guy's still kind of oblivious, just less so than when you met him in Greenshade.

Yeah, he's a callback to TES3. If you're infected with vampirism in that game, one of your tasks is to hunt down that NPC's journal, when you want to cure yourself. (And in Morrowind, you DO want to cure yourself eventually, because the game basically shuts down while you're a vampire.)

Molag Bal is responsible for creating the first vampires as a middle finger to Arkay. While he himself isn't, nearly every vampire is the result of his influence.
