Report it to Twitch and they will get banned. Twitch does not allow racist comments.

I don't like racism but if I livestream and someone I am in a party or group says something racist I will check them on stream(or out of stream as well). This does not mean I am held accountable for what they say. If I see something in my stream noteworthy of something messed up like racism I deal with it. There are things to stand up against. There is always a lot to think about as well.

This wasn’t an opinion from myself that you are accountable, twitch updated their terms of service in March and put more onus on the streamer to control their chat and take action to prevent/stop any bad behaviour, especially more extreme cases like racism, harassment etc. If they don’t then they can be banned themselves.
I don’t necessarily agree with this as it’s a lot to handle for the steamer and although racism is clear for the most part other forms of abuse aren’t always as clear. It’s particalularly more difficult for small streamers with no mods etc.
Twitch Immensely overrated, Mockery. Waste of time and energy. Used Twitch for couple of hours and Account deletition soon followed. Discord&Twitch Modern plague , In particular when you are "forced" to stream or join discord!
Ooooh! Look a new guild member! You must stream and chat on discord! Negative. I do what I love.
Once I was within the random guild, In GAME chat desolate. Why would anyone want to join Discord or Twitch. Dear Ysmir..Pfft
