cp170 sorc tank looking for guild

Hey there,
i'm a sorc tank looking for a guild that runs a lot of dungeons. i'm pretty new. i've been playing this game for only a couple weeks, but i have high-end raid exp in other MMOs, so i have been able to develop my char pretty fast because of that and insta-queues being a tank.

i've got my full cp in Bastion, Shattering Blows, then 50 in Tenacity and the rest in Arcanist.
Trait is charged on my weapons, impen on shields. Impen trait where i can get it on my other pieces.
Weakening enchant on weapons. Overall, my gear enchants aren't great because i'm new and i have no money to speak of yet. Eventually i will get prismatic defense. i am working on the money part.
i'm wearing two one-hand+shield.
i'm wearing all cp160 gear except for a 140 shield, wearing 5pc ebon + 5pc knightmare with charged on both weapons. Sets are blue and in static slots.
i can make the tri-stat potion and i use it but normally for LFG i chain-pot vendor stam pots because LFG isn't worth it. My provisioning is 30 and i haven't gotten the money to buy the longfin recipe yet, but i do wear some blue stam/magicka food all the time. i forgot what it's called, crispy pumpkin something.
Don't care if the guild is serious or not; what i'm really looking for is just a bunch of people that like doing dungeons and actually want to DPS/heal as opposed to those in LFG. i'm just tired of people being semi-AFK and/or trolling dungeons. What kind of a person waits 30 minutes to troll people doing a dungeon? idk, but i'm tired of finding out.
It'd be great if you had a trader but if not that's fine, too.
i don't have much experience in this game yet; i'd rather run the harder stuff with people who actually want to be there. i'm a fast learner, i like to go fast on easier stuff, i listen, and i want to tank. i've done most of the normals, but not all, but vet and other things are coming soon for me and i'd like to not LFG that. i really want swarm mother set but, again, LFG is sucking the life out of me.

Hey there! Welcome to the community. I would love to see your build in action. I run a small progression guild that may just be what you have been looking for. We offer a unique path to trials program to get players up to speed for end game content with minimal heartburn
We are currently working on vet dungeons and normal trials but will be diving into more serious progression once we get everyone up to snuff.
