Is this a exploit?

So in imperial city sewers there's a ledge you get on to and you get buffs like chain pull range suppressor the ledge is right outside your base, last night we had 4 people up there camping it by using dragon leap and divine charge to get up, is that exploiting?

I have pictures of them up there just wondering if that's supposed to be fair or part of the game

I think it is an exploit that area is supposed to be a safe spawn point

You can post images as long as you remove player names.

Not 100% sure on this as I don't fully understand which bit you're talking about, but you could always PM ZOS or submit a support ticket under exploit for them to review.

I will explain more so in imperial sewers in imperial city there's a door right next to the general and a soldier on the right, the door is called lam... passage, it takes you to a ledge which you jump off to get in to the sewers, i had 4 AD enemy's camp the ledge i don't know if that's a spot they aren't supposed to be at due to the fact i get a buff called "Chain pull suppression"

I think I know what you’re talking about. It’s the ledge outside the DC sewer entrance right in front of you when you enter from Cyrodiil. As a DC you can stand up there and range attack enemies, but an enemy can’t leap/chain/gap close up there by design. If EP or AD get up there, it may be a bug, and using that bug to kill DC coming out to the sewer would be an exploit. If you have photo or video proof submit it to ZOS and let them worry about if it’s an exploit.

Yes this is exactly what happened and i have a picture of 3 of them

Not that im not all for a ban, but if they can get up there they have no idea its an exploit maybe? I mean first offense, cant we just warn them lol?

They were there for litteraly 20 minutes, on the ledge even went in stealth until people went out. And the whole group had a way up so I'm pretty sure they know

thats just disgusting and dishonorfull. why ZOS not doing antyhing against these? This is game is getting into that way down on teh road like WoW does. well at least it will look good in their referncy sheet how the game went down in the bad reputation road. well played.
