Yes, it's worth it. I can't even play this game without the craft bag. Not with 10 characters, with daily crafting, etc. Add the monthly crowns on top of that, so I can buy mounts, skins and polymorphs, and it's a good deal for me. Plus everything else it offers, from double bank space to extra xp.

It's mostly the craft bag though, not sure I would get Eso+ otherwise. Maybe just to support a game that I want to keep going for a long time.

This is my main game - my goto game - where I goto when I want to switch off for a few hours.

I have ESO+ on a monthly plan and for that I get extra bank space, house storage space, crafting bag, 1500 crowns each month, +10% experience, access to all DLC.

For me it is great value for money and has made playing the game much more enjoyable.

    yes

from a cost standpoint its enough for the crowns alone, then the craft bag is huge, and everything else is just gravy.

Considering you get 15 bucks worth of crowns (ish), it pays for itself. Tack on the craft back, access to all the DLC, the research times, etc?

Yeah... feels worth it to me.

People keep saying the craft bag on it's own is enough to justify the subscription price, then they wonder why ZOS keep screwing over subscribers with things like the Summerset release. If you keep telling them everything else is just a bonus they're going to keep treating it as if it doesn't matter and you'll pony up the cash no matter what they do.

I personally couldn't survive without it. Okay, that might be a bit of an exaggeration - I'm not going to die if my sub lapses - but my enjoyment would decrease dramatically without it.

Having access to all the DLC (not chapters) is nice convenience, and one that I take for granted until my ESO+ glitches and I log in and don't have it.

The bonus 10% experience and 10% research time reduction is a feature I don't think I'd even notice if it disappeared, but the big one.......

The CRAFTING BAG is the sole reason I have continued to sub since the first month I started playing. I'm a hoarder, and crafter. ...Come to think of it, I think those might be synonymous... The ability to loot every urn, crate, barrel, plant, node, rune, etc etc.. Without needing to give even the briefest of thought to inventory management is the biggest boost to my enjoyment about the whole subscription model.

To answer your question more directly - If you feel that inventory management is not a big deal, then ESO+ may require a little bit more thought, but if you're like me and so many others who subscribe - Don't hesitate, pick up the phone and call today! Get that subscription started and never look back. Skip two trips to Taco Bell a month and it's paid for, and those hours exploring Tamriel and suddenly you'll be like this (see below) for every crafting component in existence...

Not absolutely, but if you have enough money and want to play without dealing with inventory all the time and also the lack of DLCs and want to be among other subscribers - customers who have the right to demand instead of asking, then for your peace of mind you should buy eso+ :).

During the couple months out of the year that I subscribe to load up my craft bag for later / dye costumes / pick up extra crowns to supplement my sale crown hoard, it’s totally worth it.

The rest of the year, I just sell my extra stuff to make a fortune.

I thinking its is wort it. Crafting bag is really poor . Also more bank space is allways welcome. If you are into housing then the extra furniture slots are a lot to make a nice home.

For me it's not worth it.

I can't play every day (often not for a week or so at a time) and I don't want to play ESO all the time when I am at home and able to log in. But from past experience when I subscribe to a game I feel like any time I could be playing it and I'm not I'm wasting subscription time and I end up feeling like I have to play it because I've paid for it, and then when I do log in I feel like I'm only doing it because I have to and don't enjoy it as much.

People often compare buying a subscription to buying a coffee on the way to work. For me it's like buying one, not getting time for more than a few sips, trying to gulp it down to finish it before I have to throw it away and ending up burning my mouth, feeling sick and wishing I hadn't bothered.

Besides that because I play so erratically it works out cheaper to just buy the DLC than to get it as part of a subscription and I've found that with basic inventory management (like not trying to hold onto every set piece I get just in case) I have plenty of room in my bank and my crafters bags for materials. Oh and crowns are cheaper if you buy the 5,500 pack, especially if you wait for a sale before buying.

The one thing that does tempt me is the ability to dye costumes. But I don't want to do that all the time. I've bought 2 30-day subscriptions, once when costume dying was introduced and once when I had several new characters (most importantly my warden). If I subscribe again that's the most likely reason.

The game is unplayable without a crafting bag for me. In the past it was alright but with all the added mats and sets and limited bank space it's a must for me. I wish the crafting bag was a basic now since its way to important not to have. Just make it so that you need to grab the stuff from the bag to craft if you don't have ESO+.

But I know very well that they are aware that the crafting bag is one if not the biggest reason for people to sub.

you can't really enjoy eso fully without sub, those bag space kills you

However if you are up for it, you can indeed not need it once you get richer in game.
With a bank guild (500 not bound item)
    Full house storage (360)
Fully upgraded bank (240 if non sub)
Fully upgraded horse bag and bags (180)
Alt chars (you can get 80ish bag without paying much gold for each char)

With these storages it's possible to play eso without much bag issue theoretically, but some level of storage management is still needed, craft bag is just too good to ignore

Honestly with introduce of chapters the dlc bonus is really not that important anymore, with anniversary and crown sale they are real cheap
