what are you talking about? Puncture, the taunt skill? Twilight Remedy set?

Generally like buffs from the same source don't stack, so if you have Major brutality from a skill it won't stack with a potion. Assuming you are talking about Puncture's morph Ransack that grants minor resolve that should stack with the set bonuses of Twilight Remedy since it doesnt duplicate them. However if thats not what you meant, I strongly suggest you clarify the details of your original post.

Hey @Borrack ! The resistances come from a unique “Puncturing Remedy” buff, which lasts for 3 seconds. As such, you can only have a single instance of this buff active at a time (think overkill from the Molag Kena set or any major/minor buff).
Also, I didn’t know this for the longest time, but the resistances you gain are actually only equal to the health restored, not the heal itself. Even if you puncture and get a 4K heal, if you’re not missing any health to be healed, you won’t get any resistances (and I don’t believe this has changed since I last tested). Hope this helps!

Uh, first off, bumping is discouraged,

Second, what are you talking about? Puncture, the taunt skill? Twilight Remedy set?

First off, get off your high horse about the bump. Second, you should refrain from offering answers to questions since you obviously don't know much about the game. Puncturing remedy is a master weapon set

Sorry, I didn't recognize the name and went with the two common things I knew had those names. I asked for clarification specifically because I didn't know off hand want you were talking about.

As for the high horse, would you rather that I had just reported it for bumping with adding no substance? Probably not, since at least it got you the answer you needed.

So lets chill, and maybe next time, provide a little more info when you ask a question and you'll be spared confused replies like mine.

Edited to add: Hilariously enough, my answer was still correct since its a unique buff and thus stacks, but jypcy's answer was clearly more knowledgeable about how the set actually performs.

No need to get aggressive. Usually when people are referring to master weapon effects that name it as said master weapon and not the name of the bonus, especially when they used to be enchantment instead of set bonuses. Adding in details like that will help to get a better answer.

Also, I'm pretty sure bumping your own post in such a manner is frowned on.

Would you prefer I create an entirely new post with the same exact question?

    Instead of "bumping"

    1. You can add a response with additional information to help people to understand the question you are asking. For instance:

    Puncture Remedy
(2 Items) When you deal damage with Puncture you heal for 2500 Health and gain Spell and Physical Resistance equal to the amount healed for 3 seconds.

    2. You could post the question in the appropriate forum. Combat Mechanics for instance. These forums don't see as much traffic and are specific to those topics so wouldn't require a "bump".

There isn't any need since there is a thing called edit. Seriously though, you should drop the attitude as you are less likely to get the help your looking for.

Or you can just google the title like I did and not make yourself look like what you just did
