Cyrodiil Improvements - Resources, Towns, Delves, Keeps

I have a lot of fun in Cyrodiil and it seems there is tremendous potential in the Alliance War map, but it needs some kind of connective tissue, some adjustments to tie everything together in a more cohesive gameplay experience.

What are your thoughts on how to improve the game systems for Resources, Towns, Delves and Keeps?

Should there be more complexity in how farms, lumber and mines affect the keep defenses? For example, allowing you to build certain fortifications or traps, or allowing attackers to build siege assault devices?

What if controlling specific delves or towns provided a small bonus for the entire faction? Or some NPC spawns inside a delve who sells rare items or siege, maybe some extreme 50% Blessing of War boost, etc. Towns might also benefit from some sort of craftable defenses or traps.

Maybe it's possible to do some quest involving a goblin tribe or bandit group etc, converting them to help defend your faction's keep, or help assault enemy keep.

Another feature I have wondered about is adding guild trader dialogue to every NPC quartermaster at towns, resources and outposts, give people reason to claim or visit those areas and address lack of trader spots in the hub towns.
