ZOS Quit throwing agains the wall and hoping something Sticks. Fix Some of the Problems:

every since zos added additional player something broke with your basic players, over half of my players don't have the ability to split a stack from the bank, and don't tell me to delete my saved games, i did that last month when i only had two players that couldn't after the delete and restart i only had two players that had the split option on their menu. plus it changes from day to day.

I think OP means "characters" when he writes "players".
And I too have issues with splitting stacks from the bank. Option doesn't always show up in the context menu.
It doesn't behave very consistently so I don't know for sure what causes this, but I believe it's related to the game considering your bank as full when you're over 240 items - even though you have 480 because of ESO+.

guess because i'm 78 and half blind i don't have a clue as to what i'm doing.

1. The topic had a bunch of *** and *** so zos deleted a bunch of the topic
2. you never have this problem because you have 10 or less players currently in your account
3. i never had this problem b4 zos added a chapter so that we could get that great warden
4. but once i added the 4 additional players to bring my total to 14, i'm always having problems with various item on the player templet, and my Split option is not on the menu from time to time, and had been as has as 12 of them didn't have that option
5. i craft and all 14 of my players and do all 6 of the daily crafting writs, this is a two hour effort, and requires that i withdraw from the bank, but w/o the split option it doubles the amount of time it takes daily because i have to withdraw the entire stack switch to the player inventory find the item, do the necessary split and put the larger amount back in the bank
6. and btw my bank as less than 480, prob around 200 an same with the players, they are about 100 each plus or minus
7. plus i don't know from one day to the next how many will have this problem, you never know when their correct templet will down correctly or not.
8. oh, and btw i have a screen pic, so let me know where i should look to find the split option

I just figured out what they did, builtadrop rate into the temples down load, only one today

drop rate for today for d/l w/o and ability to split stacks from the bank is 5, up from 1 yesterday. keep up the great work developers, between you and management, not sure which will kill a great game 1st

btw i had over 10 dumps from the game to the dash board in less than 2 hours, guess it getting close to having a new chapter, can wait for the new glitches and crashes.

It will only do this if your bank space or inventory is full, because it needs at least one spare slot to work with - just tried myself and with free bank slots the option appears between 'WITHDRAW' and 'GET HELP' (I don't get a 'LINK IN CHAT' option, so I presume that's specific to a 'purchased' banker rather than a fixed one).

Once I filled up my remaining slots with junk (treasure maps), the option disappeared.

The only other time it 'might' happen is if it can't track your ESO Plus membership due to a server issue (or if your ESO Plus has expired). Because ESO Plus doubles your space, if the total number of items exceeds your 'real' bank space, it will only let you withdraw, not deposit and splitting items 'in bank' counts as a deposit (eg 240 'actual' slots, 480 with ESO Plus - 241 items would lock it into 'withdrawal only' mode)

I've also got 14 toons on the account and regularly run out of bank space and I've never had this problem persist after making some room.

I'm also not experiencing the crashes either, so that side may well be specific to your installation.

my banker has 480 space, almost never is it over 200 used, so that is NOT and issue, been ESO plus since day one, and it has never been an issue either, so neither of these are the problem.

And the crazy thing is that two day's ago, only one player had the problem, today 5, hell if i know what will happen tomorrow, but i do know that 4 sure 100% sure that at least one or more will not have the split option, and only one of the 14 players do nothing other that all 6 of the daily crafting writs, and nothing changes on them from day to day. so it definitely so sort of lookup or allocation problem.

i also have the highest available wired service with the best routers that money can buy, they just need to figure out what causing it and fix it, PERIOD!

drop rate on the missing Split Stack is 7, but now make it work on and individual player, not a fix but a work around, so it my last post on the subject, if you have the same problem, just contact zos and they will surely help you fix it.
