Four Hour Maintenance and when I get back into Cryodiil weapon bar swap delays or unable to even swap bars. Sometimes when finally able to swap wrong weapon on skill bar, lockups, delay mounting horse or entering a door. Delays delays and more delays. Reloadui does not fix problem. Loging out of game and restarting computer does not fix problem PC/NA server. The problems described were not happening prior to the Monday morning maintenance.

As i said in another topic. they need to replace some programmers because some of them have issues.
