Summerset Edition Confusion: Morrowind permanent or not?

The purchase links for ESO summerset edition refer to the fact that the offer for Morrowind is for a limited time.

I have assumed this meant that the offer itself of Morrowind and summerset together is for a limited time.

Others have interrupted this to mean purchasers have only a limited access time to Morrowind before they need to purchase it. Could this be clarified as to which is correct?

    It's the offer itself. You will retain Morrowind and all the bonuses it grants (Warden).

    The cowardly Wood Elves are best noted for their unwillingness to engage in a face-to-face attack; a Bosmer will strike at you from every side except the front. You won't cross swords with a Bosmer, but you might catch an arrow in the throat. Be wary in forests and jungles, and watch your back.

    If you buy the pre-order (Limited Time) you will get Morrowind for free. If you do not pre-order and you want to experience Vvardenfell, you will have to purchase Morrowind separately.

    Or pay for ESO+ as the base story will become a DLC (and thus covered by ESO+)
    Warden however will be a separate purchase outside ESO+

    The above is only if you don't already own Morrowind of course, if you've purchased (or got it free) in its current chapter form you will retain all the content and access to things that you have now.

    It's also worth noting Battlegrounds will be moved to the base game, so if you're after those you won't need Morrowind or ESO+ for the base game mode and maps (new maps require DLC).

    While I agree with this interpretation, there are still people (e.g. on Reddit) telling people this interpretation is incorrect and that because of the recent announcement of Morrowind going to DLC, people will lose access to it because of the wording of the sentence... thought it might be wise to highlight this confusion.

    A new player I was introducing to the game thought the same thing and nearly didnt buy the Summerset edition because of it.

    A simple rewording to "Pre-purchase your digital upgrade to receive immediate access to the Nightmare Senche Mount and a bonus copy of the Morrowind Chapter - an offer that is available for only a limited time*

    Reading comprehension is sorely lacking these days.
