Dead Enemy healthbar bug

Hi,
On one of my characters I see the healthbars of all dead enemies, it looks like this:
I tried turning off all addons and all healthbar including nameplate settings and it still does this, I have the exact same settings on all my other character and none have this issue. Is this a known bug and is there any way to fix it?
