End Game Resource Guide

Hello all,
After a long long time of character switching, breaks, etc I am finally nearing the end with my characters, as in trying to gear them appropriately for end game content, vet trials, vet dungeons, etc. Is there any resource that would detail stat targets, (for example penetration caps for stam/mag), regen targets for classes, traits, etc. All the websites I have found have individual builds for classes, but they mostly just go over skills, and sample gear sets not in detail what stat targets you should be aiming for.

Well, because of how ESO is designed, when you've got gear, CP assigned, a class, race, and other passives, your stats are fairly predictable. This is especially true of stuff like pen or recovery. Following a build will assign those values for you. Once you move beyond that into building your own, you'll learn to spitball those numbers based on your rotation. But, it's not like there's one universal target recovery stat for a stamblade or a magplar.

For PVE you dont want to go over 18.2k spell or physical pen. Usually you have infused crusher (2108) and major breach/fracture (5280). Light armor also has another 4884 spell pen. You can look at all the pen sources here: https://tamrielfoundry.com/articles/rip-precise/
