New character can't get crafting dailies

I created a new (AD) character yesterday, completed the Morrowind tutorial, and traveled to Vulkhel Guard where she completed the crafting certification quests. Her character record shows the achievement Certified Jack of All Trades, so apparently the certification "took." However, the boards don't offer any dailies. Yesterday, I thought maybe you needed to wait a day after being certified, but now I'm wondering if despite the certifiers telling her that now she can do writs, there is some other requirement that they failed to mention. I've searched online, but haven't found a level requirement (she's only 5), but that doesn't mean that there isn't one, only that I didn't find it.

I know there was a bug involving born-on-Morrowind characters and writs during the chapter beta, but surely that's been fixed by now?!!! Certainly, my warden is able to do them.

Edit: I had her travel to Vivec to see if the dailies were available there, but no luck.

Heh. Heh. Now that she's level 6 (killed two mudcrabs and opened two chests, as main did cake quest yesterday), I feel moved to make a suggestion. Hidden requirements are not nice, and it seems to me that the perfect mechanism for communicating this one already exists. Couldn't something like "can access daily writs for certified crafts" be added to the level 6 list of level-up rewards? That would also get it added to offline listings of level-up rewards which would aid folks in planning their characters.

Or, it shouldn’t let you do writ certification until you reach level 6, giving you a message on the screen stating so. That would be the best way to handle this, IMHO.

I had this happen yesterday created a new character and learned u need to be lvl 6 it takes like 5 min with the xp boost lol
