Question About the Summerset Pre-Order Offer

A friend of mine is considering getting me a digital upgrade version of Summerset through gamestop (it's the only place they currently have spare funds for). Before I have her go ahead with the purchase I just wanted to find out if anyone can verify whether or not pre-ordering from gamestop will include Morrowind as well like the offer on steam and the site, since I don't have that expansion either? I'm having a hard time finding an answer on this.
