Can't log in & No ip verification for 24 hours
I cannot log into the game, its deiced it no longer recognizes the computer I've been playing the game on for the past 2 years, even though i logged in briefly last week on the same machine. Okay
Says I need an ip verification but have to wait 24 hours to get one. That doesn't work its the only time i have free to play in a month.
Try to contact web support and I can't log into that either.
Help please. how do I get this fixed when i can't even log in or contact a living body other than the forum?

Thank you JesC but I had already tried that, repeatedly. When i try to login for additional support, nothing happens when i click the 'log in' button. The page doesn't even register that i'm trying to log in.0

If you still haven't received your one-time access code email and cannot log into the support portal, you should contact us to request we change your email address by selecting "No Longer Have Access / Can't Remember Email on Account" in the Issue Type field on this form.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios

Just curious if you ever received resolution on this. I am having the same issue and used the form to change my email since I believe comcast is blocking the emails. But still have not heard anything from ZOS and can't get into the ticket portal to check the status of my ticket.0
